Return and Refund
If you are not 100% delighted with your purchase, volousport will gladly accept your return within 30 days if your warranty permits.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@volousports.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
When you sign for delivery, even if the package appears only slightly damaged, please write "Package Damaged." If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. In this case, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment. Once the package returns to us we will send you a new one right away.
Please make sure you report damages and/or defects within 48 hours of receipt.
Cancelling your Order
At volousport.com, we pride ourselves on fast shipping. We aim to ship all orders within 24 business hours but some products on volousports.com might take longer due to the custom nature of the product or due to low stock levels. Please keep in mind that once your order has shipped out, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse a delivery, the round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@volousports.com as soon as possible so that our customer service team can determine if your order can be cancelled.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 4-6 work days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
