  Returns

  We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.

  To start a return, you can contact us at support@volousports.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  Upon receiving, your return will be processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a notification when your return has been processed.

  Damages and issues

  When you sign for delivery, even if the package appears only slightly damaged, please write "Package Damaged." If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. In this case, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment. Once the package returns to us we will send you a new one right away.

  Please make sure you report damages and/or defects within 48 hours of receipt.

  Cancelling your Order

  When items are in stock at our warehouse, we strive to ship all orders within 24 business hours. However, due to the custom nature of our products or limited inventory availability, certain products listed on volousport.com may require additional processing time.

  Please be advised that once production has begun on your order, cancellations are subject to a refund processing fee along with a 5% order handling charge, and a full refund will not be possible. If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. In the event of order refusal upon delivery, shipping costs (both ways) will be deducted from your refund.

  If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@volousports.com, so our customer service team can determine whether cancellation is feasible.

  Exchanges

  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  Refunds

  We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 4-6 work days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  Why don't we offer free return shipping for large items?

  Transporting large truck accessories is exceptionally complex. These items are bulky, fragile, and require careful handling to avoid damage. As a company committed to offering high-quality products at highly competitive prices, we cannot absorb the cost of return shipping for oversized goods. Doing so would require raising prices for all customers—something we strive to avoid.
